Kalbi flank steak, oven fried potatoes and the asparagus we didn't have last night.

Decided to make some egg rolls to go with last night's apricot chicken.

I seem to be changing my menu at the last minute lately. That's not normal for me. I usually plan a week at a time and stick to it.

However, I have some time on my hands today, so I decided this would be a good day to try out my pierogi recipe. If they turn out, we'll have that with some polish sausage. We always have a salad, so I think we'll keep it simple and not make a veggie. I'm not sure what veggie goes with pierogi, but I suppose any would. It's basically a potato/pasta dish. Anyway, no veggie besides the salad.

Wish me luck. I've never made them. Of course I've never eaten them either, so I won't know if they turned out or not.

We worked all day loading 4 yearling Jacks and a 3 year old Jack Donkey to go to the sale...
So tonight's dinner is Subway foot longs, one steak and cheese, one Meatball, chips and Cokes...
