I have a sparerib slab going into my Traeger pellet grill in a little while.

added Crescent rolls and mashed potato pancakes

Strawberry glazed grilled pork chops with Mac and cheese and field peas

Making a Cajun Crab Corn Chowder. But it relies on finding crab at the market. If I don't I will substitute a white fish or shrimp or both.

Crusty bread and a salad to go with it.

There wasn't enough time to finish the ribs yesterday so I put them in the fridge overnight. They're back in the smoker finishing up now.
