We are having chile verde tonight and it is so good! I think moving it to the crock pot after browning the meat and onions is the way to go. I might always do it that way now.

Some are lucky first time around, some get lucky later, some never do. Our grandkids ask, "How do you manage to stay with one person 60 years?" I tell them, "When you find that one person you LIKE more than any other you've ever met, don't let them get away."
