Leftover Minestrone (I made a big pot) and cornbread.

Last night was Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans.


Tonight is green chili cauliflower casserole for me, some French onion beef thing for the fam and coleslaw for all.

I am doing the Rockfish we buy fresh at Costco.
Crinkle cut fries with green beans.

How do you make the rock fish? We bought some, but first time I made it, it was entirely too fishy for my taste.

Okay so I use Old Bay in flour on a paper plate roll the fish in it.
Place in skillet with Olive oil hot I start on 6.
Flip fish to the others side turn burner to 3.
