Whatcha Making for Supper?

It was pretty good. The glaze was bourbon, garlic, maple syrup, brown sugar and a little Worcestershire and low sodium soy sauce. How can it be bad???
That sounds similar to a maple glaze without bourbon in it that I made with salmon once. Maybe bourbon would give it a zip 🤔

The glaze is simmered before putting it on the salmon, so the alcohol is cooked out of it. I didn't really taste it at all. I think you could make it without the bourbon and it would be just as good.
