Whatcha Making for Supper?

At one time this was creamy cajun pasta with chicken. But now I pretty much add what I feel like.

I used to fish all the time. Had various boats for different fishing. Used to go up to Canada ice fishing a couple times a year before they placed restrictions on how many you could bring back.
And then I got out of fishing and hunting for a while with any real dedication.

And 5-6 years ago got back into fishing, including fly fishing.
And then older age finally caught up with me. Tying knots became a major pain. Even with the gadgets they sell. Hauling a small boat by myself became tougher. And time restrictions became another problem. I could no longer go out at optimum times.

I'll probably still get my license this year when I find myself in a sporting goods store, just to support the fishery.

But I'd just as soon pick up some orange roughy in the store, even if they are frozen. Along with any number of fish that can't be caught in my AO.

But there was a time I always had panfish, trout, walleye in my freezer.

I have defrosted ground beef, that's as far as I have got. Have no idea what I'm going to make with it.
My aunt made hamburger patties and then put cream of mushroom soup over the top and baked it. It's really good. She also made potato, hamburger with tomato sauce and just boiled until the potatoes were done and served it with buttered flour tortillas.
