Barbecue Saint Louis Ribs & French Fries (frozen)
Jerry refuses to eat outside, consequently we have no grill. Here's another make do recipe....
In a large pot boil the rack of ribs for 30 to 45 minutes. Drain and rinse off ribs. When cool enough to handle cut the ribs up and put them in a baking dish, cover with your favorite barbecue sauce. Cover tightly with foil. (I use heavy-duty foil over and under the ribs for easier cleaning) Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 15 minutes....
Enjoy!!!
Nice!
I used to do chicken wings almost the same way 35 years ago. I called it the three B's. Boil, bake (with sauce on), broil. To give them that blackened tint on the edges.
I can almost smell those ribs with the BBQ sauce

SBR's Hickory and Brown Sugar for me, Good stuff.
Tonight I've got some hamburger to use up, but don't feel like having a hamburger. I almost went spaghetti with meat sauce. But think I'll go Hawaiian with a Loco Moco. On Jasmine rice. And I think I have asparagus, too
