Cajun stuffed chicken breasts. New recipe. Looks good and we love Cajun foods, so I'm feeling pretty confident.

Leg of lamb. The backstory is it came from my neighbors when they sold their house and moved. It is from 2022 but they had a good wrap on it so we’ll see if I scored or the dogs and chickens scored! We still have spaghetti in the fridge if it ends up being chicken food!

Sorry chickens, the lamb turned out just fine!

I'm going to do a repeat of last night's supper from the leftovers. I just need to cook the shells on the griddle again.

I put in my new fridge today, so the sour cream is handy again I'll add some sour cream to change them up a bit.

Was going to cut rockfish in pieces then batter and deep fry.
got home late did pioneer tavern here told them they saved my life.

Homemade Pho and spring rolls tonight. Made the broth a couple days ago; that takes about 10 hours. But tonight it will be an easy meal and so much better than the Vietnamese restaurants in our area.
