Whatcha Making for Supper?

We are finally having the Guyanese Pepperpot for dinner. I would be inclined to immediately freeze any leftovers, but the recipe says there are so many preservatives in Cassareep sauce that it is shelf stable for several days!!! What are we eating???

We do not use a lot of store bought sauces and never buy packaged foods, except pasta or breads, that sort of thing, but we had to try Cassareep? :th
