Whatcha Making for Supper?

Well, here is the review of the Guyanese Pepperpot. The first day it was not very appetizing at all to me. Better after 24 hours sitting in refrigerator. But now, a full 3 days later it was actually pretty good. We did enjoy it. If you ever decide to make it, do wait the 3 days to eat it. They know what they are talking about there.

The bottom line is, it's a stew with unusual seasonings. There are so many good ways to make a stew that I probably wouldn't choose this blend of spices again.

We will have it one more time as half of it is now in the freezer. It won't be soon.

The discount grocery store was selling large Red Bell Peppers 4/$1. Bought a bunch, using 4 tonight cleaned and put the rest in the freezer.
I make about 8 meals worth at a time - eat one and freeze the rest.
