Whatcha Making for Supper?

I bookmarked that recipe. When I have more time I'm going to go read it. They look really good, and I'm fascinated with them being "fried" on a cookie sheet. I do make crispy tacos sometimes, but only rarely. They are good, but we normally avoid the oil. The oven idea is a good one.
It is sooo good! Like it is now my go-to taco recipe.

The 2 changes I made were that I didn't use the cauliflower rice or the onions, as I have texture issues with alot of veggies and don't like the taste of onions while I added a drained can each of black beans and lentils to the ground beef.

I used an avocado oil spray for the the tortillas in the oven and I didn't taste it at all!
