Whatcha Making for Supper?

Last night was grilled chicken with rice and broccoli

We had cheesy rice, cantaloupe and smoked sausage

Fish fry tonight with oven fried potatoes and broccoli.

Hawaiian teriyaki meatballs on butter noodles and the rest of the cantaloupe.

I have some leftover cherry pork chops and rice I want to use up.
But just in case I picked up some ice cream

When I was watering the herbs I decided I needed to harvest some basil and we happen to have some mozzarella on hand, so we're having a caprese salad to go with our fish dinner.

First day of deck season! Lovin’ it. Yes, wine is required. lol. Special occasions only.

ETA: I know that is not a proper caprese salad, a sort of out of season adaptation. But it was good!!!
