Street tacos. Made an extra steak Monday for the tacos tonight. I suppose I could have waited to cook the steak tonight, but the whole idea of tacos in this house is to use up leftovers. lol I will gently reheat strips of steak in my salsa roja that I made for the chili rellenos. Rice and refried beans for sides.
