Looks delicious! Would much rather be having tacos than chicken alfredo with too much bacon!!!

I like to chew the fat, but not literally. I really hate anything fatty and that is what bacon is to me, no matter how crispy it is.

But come on...
I mean... BACON!!!

Maybe some Canadian bacon would have worked better for you. Or Pancetta.

But I can see how it could overpower an alfredo.

Well, I do love Canadian bacon and pancetta. Could be a possible substitute in the future, but I rather think broccoli or asparagus would be better.

I'm reading this recipe for chicken Alfredo rollups and it calls for a POUND of bacon! I don't even like bacon. lol

DH will love it.

I would make it again replacing the bacon with broccoli or asparagus. But, I won't make it with bacon again. That's all I could taste. DH liked it.

I like bacon, but not in conjunction with other meats. For me it overpowers the taste of the meat.
