Well, Plan B.

I was finishing up the filling

And got out the flour tortillas I bought a few days ago to warm up in a skillet. They were bigger than the corn torts I have grown accustomed to, but I should have bought the burrito size

So I had a couple soft tacos and called it dinner. Didn't even sit down to eat, lol.

This is what I was supposed to be having.

So later on this week I'll be having chimichitos. If I don't eat up the chicken mixture in the meantime

I'll be having shrimp, too.
I picked up some BIG shrimp Saturday that are supposed to be pretty good. So I'm, wondering why my little store had them, lol. But they do get in bargains now and then. $16 for a 2lb bag of wild caught raw Argentine Red. I've got six thawing now.
