Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'll be having shrimp, too.
I picked up some BIG shrimp Saturday that are supposed to be pretty good. So I'm, wondering why my little store had them, lol. But they do get in bargains now and then. $16 for a 2lb bag of wild caught raw Argentine Red. I've got six thawing now.
Wow. That's a great deal!!!
 
The shrimp scampi sauce was a tad too lemony for me, so I added a half teaspoon of Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base. I cannot recommend this bouillon strong enough. It gives any shell fish dish that added touch of umami. Shrimp scampi turned out great!
