Its sushi wed at our house, Yesterday was chicken Brest marinated in a glaze-lemon juice -tomato paste- olive oil- seasoning mix then baked for 25 min. Side of mashed with glaze from the cooking dish and mixed vegies. Yum!

Do you make your own sushi? I made it a few times years ago. Might try it again. Fun project.

Dinner.......
Looking into my freezer...frozen top side beef, will unfrozen it, marinate it with lots of salt, pepper and mustard seeds then roast it with frozen vegetables.

Make some flat bread and dinner is served

I love cooking in cold weather as I mostly cook with the oven and that warm up the house as well.
