Probably a chicken cheesesteak LOL or possibly chicken fajitas but IDK. I think I’d prefer the chicken cheesesteak.

I could make both… it’s almost 1 1/4 pounds lol 1.22 lbs apparently.

But IDK.

ANYWAYS…

Sautéing some chicken breast tenders in the cast iron pan now and then I’m going to take those out and sauté some peppers and onions in there next. Then I’m going to chop the chicken up and combine them both (or chop the chicken up first). Then add cheese, melt it, then toast the bun. Then put mayo on it and load it up with the filling and voila LOL

Hispanic Pizza?

Kinda regular pizza baked by a Hispanic crew. English is a second language there.

Tonight I will make penne pasta with sausage served with warmed sourdough and a salad.

I'm doing shrimps myself. Garlic shrimp. Along with a small rib eye, mushrooms, green beans... Probably a potato. I'm a starchaholic.

Butchered 7 Cornish cross yesterday and made soup from the odds and end. Canned the extra broth today and now I’m eating the leftovers from last night.

Honestly kinda bland but that could either be because I used too much water and/or because it is a Cornish X and not a normal chicken. Haven’t eaten a cornish cross is over a decade so maybe they are normally bland? I will note that my cockerels and laying birds had far more flavorful fat on them and I bet they’d make better broth.

I should have paid attention to the fat on the edge of my steak and put a couple slits in it. It ruined my grill marks when the steak curled
But it was high in flavor
