All you broccoli eaters

Me, too. Broccoli on the side of lemon and sardine pasta.
How do y'all cook your broccoli? Obviously you can eat it raw, too. I had a salad of sorts with broccoli and peas in it once. I wish I had asked about it.
Anyway, I put mine in a pot with a little water, a little salt and some herbs de Provence. Or Provencal herbs they are also called. I make sure it has lavender in it. And I sort of boil/steam it.
Then after dumping the water I add some virgin coconut oil. Gotta be virgin, not refined. Virgin is the one with flavor. Then I sauté them. If they get a little brown on the edges, all the better.
Sometimes I'll put the coconut oil in as I'm steaming them, then take the lid off and let the water evaporate until there is nothing but the oil left. Then finish them that way.
Other than adding broccoli to loaded mac and cheese, I don't think I've cooked them any differently in probably 7-8 years. I do green beans the same way. I love that method that much.
