Whatcha Making for Supper?

Do they caramelize? Like baking an onion in the skin?
I guess you could call it that. I never thought of them that way. I think you all ought to take one tomato and try it. I think you'll wish you made more than one.
 
BTW, not making anything for supper per se...

But I did boil up 4 dozen quail eggs and am messing around with those. Doing a peeling v dissolving thing.

The peeled ones are already pickling

And the others are seeing if vinegar really does dissolve the shell
