To hot to actually cook, threw a pot roast in the crockpot with all the normal veggies added in. I always include green beans with potatoes, carrots celery onions etc..

I always wanted to make manicotti. Or really, any kind of stuffed shell dish. I'm just not sure I'd have the patience for stuffing a slippery shell.

I have a ravioli maker little unit real easy to make 10 at a time.

BTW, not making anything for supper per se...

But I did boil up 4 dozen quail eggs and am messing around with those. Doing a peeling v dissolving thing.

The peeled ones are already pickling

And yes! Those are ribs!

And the others are seeing if vinegar really does dissolve the shell
