I love hot dogs and rarely get one. DH is nit so crazy about them.

This one looks good. I'll have to watch the video. Love shrimp--love cajun.

Sausage dish? He might have done one with just sausage.

This one has shrimps, too

And was pretty darn good.

If I change anything I think it would be to chop the veggies and not dice them. I like a little more chunkiness. Maybe add some sun dried tomatoes.

I checked my menu this time and I really am making BBQ country ribs tonight. We'll have oven fried potatoes, corn and a salad to go with.

Nobody likes bugs

I ended up making a smash onion burger on the griddle with pepperjack cheese. I'm calling it comfort food.

I had a rough patch dealing with getting a new router/modem, which I may not have needed after all, and getting it up and running with passwords that would not work. I'm just thankful that Spectrum still employees people with American accents for their customer service. Even their IT could not understand why his PW was not working for one thing, but would work on another.

But my internet is back up and running again, albeit still slow, and my belly is happy
