Last night was fried clam strips and cucumber caesar salad.
Tonight will be apple pancake. Breakfast for dinner is always fun.

I have a recipe for a sheet pan chicken I'm going to try. The potatoes get baked right on the pan. I'll add some cauliflower and make it a one pan meal. Gotta' love that.

BTW, maple glazed carrots are delicious! I normally don't like carrots cooked at all, only raw, so that was a great discovery.

Looks like Chicken salad on white, some potato chips, Cranberry Juice and Vanilla Ice Cream. Too hot to crank up the stove. Makes 2 different batches, Her's with Miricle Whip , mine with Mayo, yes, I'm spoiled, so DW tells me all the time. Or the "what the hell you think I'm running a diner!"

I'm having a Cheeseburger, French Fries & Onion Rings.
Then we'll have Strawberry Cheesecake.

I’m having second dinner hahahahaha actually technically third cause I already had some cereal too. but now I’m making hot dogs and mac n cheese. And no, I am not putting the hot dogs IN the mac n cheese. LOL
