Chipotle chicken sandwiches, fries and salad.

So decided all beef dogs and fries.

Spanish style chicken (tomatoes, roasted peppers, garlic, chorizo etc) with mash.

Made dauphinois potatoes and fresh chicken stock today and rye bread yesterday (though I did add some white bread flour to give some rise - we all need that at a certain age ).

Chicken carcass picked clean and made a pseudo Coronation chicken kinda thing for sammidges with the leftover bits of chicken.

I need a lay down

I stuffed it too much so couldn’t roll it so just folded it in half so it ended up being just a soft taco and not a burrito TECHNICALLY but same exact ingredients LOL

ALSO I could only eat half.

Leftovers.
A little less than half a steak, and some chicken gravy over mashed potatoes.

I made a couple qts of pickled quail eggs today and did not want to spend any more time in the kitchen for my dinner than I had to.
