Jelly Roll Meat Loaf, Rice Pilaf & Peas. Strawberry Fried Pies for dessert.
I place the Meatloaf mixture on wax paper. Flatten it out, put cheese down the middle (I use Swiss). Roll it up like a jelly roll and put it in the baking dish to cook.
