Jelly Roll Meat Loaf, Rice Pilaf & Peas. Strawberry Fried Pies for dessert.
I place the Meatloaf mixture on wax paper. Flatten it out, put cheese down the middle (I use Swiss). Roll it up like a jelly roll and put it in the baking dish to cook.

Yeah, like a fatty.
A fatty is rolled out sausage with various ingredients layered inside, sometimes using pizza sauce. Then it's smoked, but it could certainly be baked.

And if you really want to add that something special

So, my supper. I added a sweet yellow curry to the sauce.
Love this stuff.
