As it's 8.25AM in the morning here and the freezer is pretty empty - no idea till I go shopping.

I was lazy to..I did freezer chicken strips, baby carrots, applesauce, and leftover waffles because the children said "chicken waffles are great mama" So there's that.

Stuffed Pork Chops, Broccoli and cheese rice, apple sauce and unsweetened iced tea. Carrot cake for dessert. I may gain a pound! 

 

[Hartwood Hollow Farm]

Buffalo/bison sirloin cooked low and slow, boiled and roasted potatoes, field peas, and buttermilk biscuits.
