Whatcha Making for Supper?

Been making marinara today. Tonight a simple oven meal, maple roasted chicken and acorn squash.

Going to make some pasta and hot Italian sausage for dinner, using the marinara I made and canned yesterday.

I have about 20-30 more lbs of tomatoes so I'll just can those.

Took ground round out meatloaf or burger patties maybe tomato soup or chicken noodle.

Right now I don't have a clue. I've been slow-cooking in water two chicken breasts I found at the bottom of the freezer. Maybe something with them.

I've had a loss of appetite the past couple weeks, so skipped lunch so I would make dinner.
And I had a mad taste for spinach, having bought some earlier in the week. It's been at least a year since I've had spinach.
