Beef barley is definitely one of the best soups you can make. But, I'm a soup lover. And it is getting into soup weather!!! Yay!

My mother used to make barley soup with "oxtails". Nice and beefy tasting.
Definitely soup weather here.
Leftover chili last night
We have half of the fish left and need to cook it, so I'm making fish tacos tonight.
