I'm not a big soup eater/maker, but this came out alright.

Beef barley is definitely one of the best soups you can make. But, I'm a soup lover. And it is getting into soup weather!!! Yay!

My mother used to make barley soup with "oxtails". Nice and beefy tasting.
Definitely soup weather here.
