I put some half cooked ziti in a casserole dish with left over cioppino broth and a couple cheeses on top, baked it a bit, and had a healthy helping of that last night with some garlic bread.
Still have pulled pork left from what I pulled out of the freezer, so we better have that again tonight. DH will have a sandwich with coleslaw and I will have some of the pork on my salad.
