Whatcha Making for Supper?

I just thawed a nice thick-ish pork chop. A little over half an inch. Not perfect for frying, not perfect for slow cooking.
So that with some potatoes and onions. And maybe some thick asparagus I picked up. I haven't really put it all together yet.
 
I cooked everything in my new pot.
I seared one side of the chop, flipped it, put the small cut potatoes and onions around it and covered with a lid... then eventually laid some asparagus spears on top to steam with some butter added to the whole shebang.
A pretty decent one pot meal.
