I like subway's cookies, but I tried a "garlic chicken" recently and it wasn't very good. I should have stuck with turkey, cheese, and lettuce.

We will be going out for lunch this afternoon, so I'm going to make some pizza bites on puff pastry for a snack at dinner time. I'll make a salad too.

I took some Bob Evans links out of the freezer last night that have thawed. I was thinking of some sort or frittata (not a real baked one, just scrambled eggs with extra stuff in them), but don't have any peppers or anything to add besides onions and bacon.
I'm hoping I have some jarred jalapenos, but haven't checked yet. I just remembered, I do have some sun dried tomatoes...

I'll come up with something.
