Whatcha Making for Supper?

We ended up doing a cheese dip. We used 3/4 of a jar of queso yellow cheese, and 3/4 jar of white queso cheese, some green chilis and browned seasoned hamburger meat mixed altogether, and served it with tortilla chips and peas. :thumbsup
 
Ribs turned out perfect on the barbee. So yay for that. Decided to make mac and cheese to go with, which is very unusual for us since there are no kids. I don't stock macaroni, so used orecchiette. Then a simple white sauce with cheddar added in. Very basic. It was good, but the leftover mac n cheese went to the mulch pile, which really means the raccoons. They will not leave something like that behind. lol Probably be another 5 years or so before we have it again but it was rather fun.
