Whatcha Making for Supper?

Some Thai summer rolls with peanut dipping sauce. Have cucumber and red bell pepper and green onions to use up….

I had a plate left over from last night's supper. Which looked something like this with less shrimp.

And I almost ate it, but wanted something baked.
So I got some more ingredients going. Frozen chicken I had in the freezer, kielbasa, broccoli and garlic.

Put the plate of leftovers in when it was time, along with some half and half, shells leftover from the other night's soup, and sun dried tomatoes.

Tossed it in a half lasagna pan and added cheeses I had on hand (provolone and parm)

And 25 minutes later...

This was the first piece I ate

One of my best winging it meals.
