What breeds would be in the mix of eggs? I just fried all of my eggs in my bator after the temp spiked to 113....

the hens from this mix are are great layers even in the winter it was 20 below and i was getting any where from 12 to 15 eggs from

How hard are those turkey eggs to incubate??? I have never tried turkeys before.. Are these good for butchering ?? Nevermind too late !!!
