Whatdo you do with exess eggs?

No I have never frozen eggs before. This is the only place I have ever heard of it, but Im interested in it too.

I fill up my neighbors' fridges

Then feed them back to the birds, blow them out for art, or if they are worthy, I sell them as hatching eggs.
Your duck eggs would be GREAT for baking cakes and such

So if you know anyone who likes to bake, I'm sure they'd love your extra eggs.

Make a quiche-they use up alot of eggs fast. I have even heard of people who make quiches or things like it and sell them at farmers markets for alot more than you would get if you were just selling plain fresh eggs.
