Whats everyone doing on christmas day :-)

The Princess and I will wake up late - have breakfast - open presents (I am very happy with what I got for her.

) - in the afternoon we are going to see 'Warhorse' - I really want to see that movie. Then back home to await the onslaught of our kids and their kids on 12/26.

I will most likely be accompanying my parents into the city, where they will most likely be going to work and I'll get some more free time to wander around and/or go on the internet. If the weather's good I might take the train to the beach.

That's IF we don't go on holiday. We're always going on holiday on about a day's notice, although I think we've run out of places in the state that are worth visiting.

I don't think I could handle that many religious events either. One per week is mroe than enough for me.

Another reason I don't like this time of year is simply because our priest gets incredibly glurgy and preachy this time of year. Makes me sicker than usual.

Yerk. I know the sort, we get a lot of preachers on the street warning us we're going to be destroyed if we don't repent.

realize it's Christmas Eve
get excited
eat breakfast
vibrate for the rest of the day stopping for lunch and possibly dinner
take care of the horses, goats, chickens, dogs, and inside hen
go to Christmas Eve service
come home
eat dinner if we haven't already
sit around and peacefully talk or listen to music or read
check the horses, goats, and chickens
take care of the dogs, cats, bird, inside rooster, and inside hen


Christmas Day -

realize it's Christmas Day
wake up
take care of the horses, goats, chickens, dogs, cat, and inside hen
uncover the inside rooster
eat breakfast
go to church
come home
eat lunch
put pajamas back on
WAIT FOR EVERYBODY!!!
open presents
eat lunch if we haven't already
talk, mess with opened presents, relax, listen to music, debate whether or not to change back into day clothes
take care of the horses, goats, chickens, and dogs
eat Christmas dinner
relax, maybe watch a movie, talk
check the horses, goats, and chickens
take care of the dogs, cats, bird, inside rooster, and inside hen
go to bed
