What's for breakfast?

I have been working on Perfect Pancakes for about six weeks now. Got several variations (corn-pecan, berry, chocolate chip, onion-and-salmon, lemon, strawberry-rose) and today we are trying Bananas Foster pancakes.

The onion-and-salmon, lemon, and strawberry-rose have really turned out the best so far. You have to pair the sweet pancakes with salty eggs (fried or omelet or scrambled with fresh herbs) and the onion-and-salmon ones with a sweet omelet. Otherwise it's just too much.

Kids are getting scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes....DH is getting eggs over easy, bacon and wheat toast.....just for variety I think I'll have........coffee!

But, I am moving in with Miss Prissy, I sure hope she has room. My favorite food in the world is biscuits, sausage & gravy! My mom grew up in NC and I love southern cooking.

I can make biscuits/gravy/sausage but it always tastes better when someone else does it for me
