I take that your gonna be bright-eyed and bushy tailed this morning.

7 scrambled eggs - that makes a lot of eggs by the way, a pan of hash browns, 4 toast and who would forget the pound of bacon. I have to hold back on the snack so my dog can eat.

And I went from a 42 to a 38 in six months on that diet, ok I quit drinking too and now have acres to mow with a walk behind pusher. In Wisconsin you only mow twice a year, once before road construction then once again after road construction - we called it spring and fall, then the other nine months were winter.

Today's breakfast was the same as yesterday's... coffee...

I added a side of walnut pancakes & bacon today though.
