What's for dinner tonight?

Strip steaks on the grill (yes it's under cover, not buried in the 3' of snow since Friday) fried potatoes and onions and sweet corn from the freezer. My DH cooked tonight

A giant roasted organic capon that I bought it from the local organic farm and boy was it yummy.
Tomorrow it will be chicken noodle soup.

We had T-bones on the grill, baked potatos and carrots with butter and brown sugar.

my own sweet and sour meatballs (chicken tonight) with pasta. Real easy. sauce is just brown sugar, crushed pineapple and cider vinegar, simmer till sauce is cooked down. I had to run out the the country store for the brown sugar, now Im wishing I had picked up a pint of Hershey's ice cream when I was there
