Did the video work?

I can't figure out how the little guy got himself in there, unless he actually tunneled into the feed. There was no gap between the metal rim of the feeder and the feed.

Oh, darn it. I tried to link a video of the littlest button chick jumping up and down peeping inside the quart jar feeder, on top of the food. Their food was level with the metal rim right where it touches the glass jar rim.

It seems far less cute today, since the chick was dead this morning. I wonder if it might have gotten dehydrated in there. We were out for several hours before coming home to find it like that, so it could have been trapped in there for a long time.
