Whats going on?! (White foam leaking from eye)

He's gotten into a few rooster fights, but why is his eye leaking!?

It is hard to see details of the eye in your picture. Could you try again in good light getting one in focus? Can you look and see if his eyeball has been punctured? If the eye is intact, is this just thick gunky drainage? When an eyeball is pierced, it can leak aqueous matter. With an infection or respiratory disease, an eye may have bubbles to white or yellow thick drainage. It may be good to flush the eye with saline or eye wash, and clean it off to see what is there. An antibiotic or steroid eye drop or ointment then could be applied 2-3 times a day.
