I bought three black osterlop bitties and three Dominick Bitties April 1st. They were bought from a reputable feed and seed store were bought already vaccinated and already sexed. Because most of the orders that they get are orders of females yes hens when they grow up.I lost one the first night but it looked like it might have been a preemie cuz it was so tiny. Now tonight April 5th I lost another one. The temperature is correct they have water and food constantly . And at bedtime the light gets turned out heat but the stays on an even temperature so they don't get cold, and they can sleep. Why would I be losing ( and I hope and pray to God I don't lose anymore ) my bitties?

Do you check them for pasty butt?
Have you watched them and know they are all eating and drinking?
How do they appear... are they active when awake?

Oh my God are they ever active LOL. They don't have pasty but their butts are clean I'm surprised. And they are so funny when they poop cuz they'll lift them wings ( that have little teeny tiny feathers at the tip of their wings ) up just a little bit and shake them ,shake their little butt and poop kind of reminds me of this must be where they got that chicken dance from LOL everything seems to be normal with them. As far as eating and drinking they're doing great with that

No pasty butt all normal actin eating and drinking normally. Not lethargic being normal busy body bitties with each other
