What's going on with my baby duck's eye?

This baby had a rough hatch, I've got another post about him. I've tried a warm compress, I'm not sure what else to do. He doesn't seem too bothered about it.
Eating, pooping are normal and wobbling is better.

Try cleaning the eye with a clean wet cloth or flushing it with saline. Then apply a small dab of plain antibiotic ointment twice a day. Is it able to dip it’s face into a clean bowl of water to clean it’s nostrils?

I will try that.
Yes he is, I only give him food/water every hour, not in the cage with him because of how wobbly he is. I've come back to find him struggling in his water dish. Don't want to drown Wobbles!

I will try that.
