If someone breaks in to your home you must retreat to the back of your home an let them have what ever they want. If they come at you an you have retreated as far as you can then you finally have the right to use deadly force.

I am not from tennessee but I went their on a road trip, and I LOVED it!!! I stayed in Gatlinburg... And went horse riding in the smokie mountains... Their are definatly no cons

Tn is pretty pro gun. I openly carry a revolver on my hip an have been all over Chattanooga an surrounding countys that way without anyone looking twice at me. Lots at truck gun racks too.
