Whats happened to my incubator temp

Thanks everyone....I am still moving up and down on temps but it seems confined to the 92-101 range. Those are the extreme temps that were reached and the longest it ever stay'd there was maybe 2 hours. Mostly keeping between 97.0ish and 100.5 ish. Still trying to pin it down closer.
