What's happening with the baby turkeys?

What are you feeding them? In particular, what is the protein level of the feed? What is is your set up? How many birds share the brooder?

I don't think it's blackhead.. their feet have not touched the ground. All are still in a trough with a heating lamp as they are at most 10 days old.

I'm not sure why you only have the suggestions for help due to blackhead.
I *seriously* doubt that your poults have contracted blackhead (histomoniasis).

Questions...
How old are the chicks they are with?
Have the chicks been on the dirt?
What does their poop look like?

The turkey show in this picture does *not* have blackhead (histomoniasis)!

We are feeding medicated starter. They are in a large metal trough from Tractor Supply. We have 9 total chicks/ turkeys in the brooder ranging in age from 5 days old to 15 days old. Plastic water jugs(2) and plastic feed holder. Heat lamp over top of the brooder.
I definitely need a thermometer but certain it's not over 90 degrees in the brooder.
We dumped all shavings last night after I read on here about cedar being bad and the bag of shavings was unmarked from the feed store. So unknown what it was.

No one has touched the ground.. no one is older than 15 days. And everyone's poop looks normal. I just happen to notice this turkey was lethargic and removed from the brooder and started some sugar water. Offered some scrambled egg with milk and feed mixed in. Didn't eat or drink, so used dropper for water. We got the turkey Saturday, dead within 24 hours of coming home.

So sorry.

It sounds like this particular poult may not have been well when you picked him/her up. However, just an an FYI, turkey poults' feeding requirements are different than that of chicks. In order to thrive, poults should be fed a higher level protein feed. It's for that reason that I tend not to mix chicks and poults together. I start my poults out on 28% game bird starter feed. Lots of good info in the Turkey section of this forum. So sorry for your loss.
