What's in this egg????

So I cracked open an egg this morning and there was this thing in it. I didn't know if it was an actual tapeworm or is it possible to have a hard chalaza. I have course did not eat the egg and chunked it here is a picture of the white thing that was in it. I pulled it out very simply, it didn't seem to move on its own but it surely gross me out. I'm fairly certain I will not be eating any eggs this week yuck!

Food Grade DE in their food does absolutely nothing for internal worms.
Nothing.

If that truly is a tape worm I would suggest you and who ever has been eating these eggs go to the dr.
Did you rinse all the egg off ? Hard for me to believe that came out of one egg.
