What's killing my chickens?!?

Help!
2 days ago, we found this 4-month-old pullet just outside the coop (our chickens free range). We've never seen a chicken killed but not eaten before. Then, today, we came out to find the coop dug into and this chicken inside the coop without a head or entrails. Any ideas about what's getting the hens is appreciated!

My guess is rats.

My guess is that it's a raccoon since it ate the head and guts.

for the hen in the nesting box, probably a coon (headless bird, but not all eaten)
for the first one??? maybe a weasel? did you look on her neck? did she have holes all around?
